Thank you for being a part of the 2025 Dunnville Mudcat Festival! This is our 49th year and we are so grateful for your support.

FIRST: Look for your MAP#, It will be your number all weekend on each map if you are in more than one location.

The vendor schedules this year will be as follows:

Thursday Evening – June 12th

Vendors can join us for our Queen Street Vendor Market & Live Music in our Downtown core. The street will be closed.

***Event takes place from 5pm-10pm. There is FREE entry for all guests and families this year. This is also directly across from the Midway location, and we will have some food trucks in location as well.

SETUP: We are closing the street down at 3pm. You are welcome to come and setup any time after that. The Queen Street concert will be starting up at 5pm. Locations and vendor numbers shown below.

Friday Evening – June 13th

Join us at Central Park where we celebrate “Kids Movie Night”. The park will be hustling with entertainment for kids and families to enjoy. Many people are now looking forward to the vendors at the park again and we are glad you can join us!

SETUP: You are welcome to come and setup at 3pm. We would like all vendors in place by 5pm. Make sure to setup along the path, while keeping in mind that we cannot have vendors directly in front of the Ampitheatre as that is where the kids movie is playing at dusk. CONTACT PERSON: Helen Hoto 905-701-2028 – Pampered Chef Tent.

Saturday All Day – June 14th

Join us at either the Central Park “Kids Zone” or at the “Famous Car Show” area. If you selected both locations, you were put into one of the parks. Please check map for confirmation of location.

LIONS PARK: (CAR SHOW ZONE)

We have partnered with 92.9 The Grand who will be announcing live right from the Car Show with the Road Show!

SETUP: Event takes place from 11am-approx 5pm. You are welcome to come and setup any time between 8am and 10am.

CENTRAL PARK: (KIDS ZONE)

The Kids Zone is located in Central Park and also has the Mark Haines Memorial Strength Competition taking place right on Cedar Street in front of the park which brings in the crowds for the famous Car Flip!!

SETUP: Event takes place from approx 11am-4pm. The parade will be going by this park by 10:30am. You are welcome to setup anytime between 8am and 10am. Make sure you are setup by 10am as it will get crazy after the parade. Kids entertainment on stage at noon. Strongman Competition is from 2pm-4pm.

Sunday All Day – June 15th

Join us at Wingfield Park where we will host the Kids Fishing Derby. Each year, more and more families have been joining us for this event.

There will be a Kids “Animal Adventures” petting farm & Kids Mudcat Games to attract more families to the park! You don’t want to miss this exciting event.

SETUP: All events start at 10am. Please setup anytime between 8am – 10am. We will be setting up vendors along the walking path.
